What is a connect group?
At Maranatha Bible Church, our Connect Groups are small communities where we cultivate meaningful relationships by caring for one another as a family and serving the Lord together for His glory. We accomplish this by supporting one another by focusing on prayer, sharing life's ups and downs, and serving in the community together.
In these groups, you'll have the opportunity to share how God is challenging you through His Word and how you will live it out, engage in honest conversations, and develop lasting relationships.Whether you're just beginning your spiritual journey or have been walking with Christ for years, we have a group that fits your stage of life. Our groups include young adults, families, seniors, and more—each designed to focus on prayer, serving, celebrate victories, face challenges together, and cultivating lasting friendships.
Should I lead a group?
If you feel called to lead, consider becoming a Connect Group leader. As a leader, you'll create a warm, welcoming space where faith can grow and lives can change. You'll guide others in building a community centered around God’s Word.

Steve Bogran, Discipleship Pastor
Steve’s passion is to see lives changed by the gospel and to help people grow in their relationship with Jesus. He’s excited to serve as the Discipleship Pastor to help create a culture in Maranatha that equips disciples to make disciples for the glory of God.
Steve is married to his beautiful wife Jess, and they have three children: Levi, Avery, Isaiah. He loves to watch movies, play sports (especially soccer), talk/read about history, and eat great food!
