What is a connect group?
At Maranatha Bible Church, our Connect Groups are more than just Bible studies. They’re small communities where we support one another, grow in our faith, and share life’s ups and downs. In these groups, you’ll have the opportunity to explore Scripture, engage in honest conversations, and develop lasting relationships.
No matter if you're just beginning your spiritual journey or have been walking with Christ for years, we have a group that fits your stage of life. Our groups include young adults, families, seniors, and more—each designed not only to study the Bible but also to celebrate victories, face challenges together, and form lasting friendships.
Should I lead a group?
If you feel called to lead, consider becoming a Connect Group leader. As a leader, you'll create a warm, welcoming space where faith can grow and lives can change. You'll guide others in building a community centered around God’s Word.

Steve Bogran, Discipleship Pastor
Steve’s passion is to see lives changed by the gospel and to help people grow in their relationship with Jesus. He’s excited to serve as the Discipleship Pastor to help create a culture in Maranatha that equips disciples to make disciples for the glory of God.
Steve is married to his beautiful wife Jess, and they have three children: Levi, Avery, Isaiah. He loves to watch movies, play sports (especially soccer), talk/read about history, and eat great food!
