Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity.
COLOSSIANS 4:5-6

Small groups are the BEST way to develop and build relationships, engage with God’s Word and live in community together! It is a wonderful place to be known and to be encouraged to grow in faith and knowledge of God.

We have groups that meet during mornings and evenings throughout the week.

TUESDAY MORNING

We have eight weekly Tuesday morning studies at the church with childcare provided.
*Studies are free. The prices listed below are only applicable if you'd like for us to buy your book.  You can also choose to provide your own book on the registration form. If you register after January 6, you will need to order your own study materials.
Breathe: Making Room for Sabbath
By Priscilla Shirer
Led by Debbie Springer & Janet Guthrie
One of the greatest challenges among women in our culture is taking time to cease from all the activities and just breathe. We are in bondage to busyness. We constantly strive to complete the limitless to-do lists that hinder us from experiencing all that God has for us. By neglecting time for tranquility, serenity, and repose, we limit our Christlikeness and miss out on some of God's greatest gifts.
In the Old Testament, Sabbath was given to the Israelites as a gift, and it is still a gift to us today. If you are weary, worn out, and exhausted, then the concept of Sabbath will change your life.
Colossians Manuscript Study
Led by Jennifer Foster
Paul wrote to the Colossians to encourage them about who Christ is, who we are in Christ and about how to walk in Christ.
In our study, we will read through Colossians together. There will be a few homework questions, and we will have a chance to discuss our findings and ask questions in the group. Then we will have a chance to reflect and pray about how to act on what you have learned. We pray, like Paul, that we will “be filled with the knowledge of his will, and walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, being strengthened with all power, giving thanks.”
Praying with Paul
By D.A. Carson
Led by Angie Fry
God doesn't demand hectic church programs and frenetic schedules; he only wants his people to know him more intimately, says author D. A. Carson. The apostle Paul found that spiritual closeness in his own fellowship with the Father. By following Paul's example, we can do the same. The apostle Paul often spoke of prayer, told his readers how he prayed for them, and asked for prayer in return.  This book breaks down these prayers to reveal what Paul is praying for and why, and then calls believers to reject superficiality and revolutionize their lives by embracing a God-guided approach to prayer.
Heaven (Part 2 of 2 )
By Randy Alcorn
Led by Nancy Hopkins
If you have always thought of Heaven as a realm of disembodied spirits, clouds, and eternal harp strumming, you're in for a wonderful surprise in this study. You may wonder “What is Heaven really going to be like? What will we do?”
Randy Alcorn invites us to picture heaven the way scripture describes it - a bright, vibrant, physical new earth inhabiting real people with real bodies enjoying close relationships with God and with each other. This study will bring eternity to light in a new way, to spark your imagination and to change how you live today.
It's Not Supposed to Be This Way
By Lysa Terkeurst
Led by Vanessa Heim
What do you do when God’s timing seems questionable, His lack of intervention hurtful, and His promises doubtful? Life often looks so very different than we hoped or expected. Some events may simply catch us off guard for a moment, but others shatter us completely. We feel disappointed and disillusioned, and we quietly start to wonder about the reality of God’s goodness. Lysa TerKeurst understands this deeply. But she's also discovered that our disappointments can be the divine appointments our souls need to radically encounter God. In this study, Lysa invites us into her own journey of faith and, with grit, vulnerability, and honest humor.
A Journey Through the Bible: Exodus (Part 2 of 6)
Written and led by Cindy Weiss
We will journey with the Israelites as the Great I AM redeems His oppressed people from bondage. Along with Moses, we will come to know Yahweh, His desire to dwell with His people Israel and with you and me. The LORD’s self-disclosure and wondrous miracles will draw us deeper into our relationship with Him. Join us as we continue this life changing journey!
Although this is part 2 of a series, you are welcome to jump in and join the group! There is an optional recommended book: Be Delivered by Warren W. Wiersbe.
Live Reflectively: Lessons from the Watershed Moments of Moses
By Lenya Heitzig
Led by Lena Hall
We will gaze into the watershed moments of Moses’ life and experience his life-changing encounters with God.  He was saved from death on the Nile, witnessed the birth of a nation as the Red Sea parted, watched water gush from a rock and died overlooking the Jordan River. These lessons encourage us to consider the rivers of living water that stream from the Savior’s heart as well as own watershed moments. We “live reflectively” as we radiate God’s faithfulness to the world around us.
“When you finish ‘Live Reflectively,’ you will never read the story of Moses quite the same.” (Franklin Graham).
2 Timothy: A Study of Discipleship (A Precept Study)
By Kay Arthur
Led by Bev Wise
The theme of this letter from the Apostle Paul to his son in the faith, Timothy, is one of encouragement and faithfulness in the face of hardship. It is a study in discipleship. Paul entrusted the Gospel to Timothy and others. We will be learning how to apply these principles of discipleship to our own lives. We will consider how we are guarding the treasure of the Word that has been entrusted to us. By our lives? By our words? Even in the midst of hardship?
Please join is in this inductive Precept study!

One in a Million: Journey to Your Promised Land
By Priscilla Shirer
Led by Gina Skeriotis & Mem Luton
The Egyptians in Exodus 1 were intent on enslaving the Israelites, wearing them down so that they would become disillusioned and not live up to their destiny. Of the original two million Israelites who received God’s invitation to enter the Promised Land, only two actually entered it! Similarly, Christians today often hear the promises of God but then don’t choose to experience them in everyday life. Priscilla Shirer invites us to change that pattern for good, living beyond our circumstances and expecting to see God move in miraculous ways day after day. Without a doubt, we can find and follow God’s purpose for our journey.

Discerning the Voice of God
By Priscilla Shirer
Led by Cathy Calvelli
It's amazing that God speaks to us in everyday life! Become acquainted with the Voice that has spoken from a fire and a cloud, with visible signs and an invisible Spirit, through a burning bush and burning hearts. In this study, we will gain practical advice for knowing and understanding God’s voice through His Word, through the Holy Spirit’s character, through our own surrender. Learn how surrender unlocks His many blessings intended for us, centers us in His will, and helps us discern His voice in everyday life. (So many women have cited this study as one of their favorites, including our last retreat speaker, Clare Smith!)
